An Israeli force composed of infantry personnel and a D9 military bulldozer advanced to about 50 meters from a Lebanese Army point at the Khazan in the town of Zawtar al-Gharbiya, where the bulldozer uprooted olive trees in a bulldozing operation ongoing since yesterday. An Israeli Merkava tank was also monitored advancing from the town of Khiam toward the outskirts of Nabaa Ibl al-Saqi, accompanied by machine-gun sweeping around the spring.
