AI for Early Cancer Prediction!

Denis Logunov, head of the Gamaleya National Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology, announced that work is underway to prepare programs to predict the precursors and early signs of cancerous tumors, speaking during the National Healthcare Conference. He explained that efforts include a program to predict new tumor antigens, meaning cancer markers, and noted that training AI- and neural-network-based programs is very difficult without a broad database.
