Aoun: No One Can Protect Lebanon Except Its State Institutions

Lebanese President Joseph Aoun affirmed that state institutions are the only guarantee for protecting Lebanon and everyone, during a meeting with delegations from the federations of municipalities of Jbeil and Danniyeh. He said that Lebanese people are tired of living in a state of war, described municipalities as the first line of defense for local development, and stressed that expanded administrative decentralization is a necessity for balanced development. He called for moving beyond administrative red tape and rebuilding the state through digital governance and transparency.
