Breakthrough in Tampa meetings?

A monitoring source, via Al-Anbaa Electronic, said it is unlikely that the Tampa meetings will produce a breakthrough, noting that Lebanon insists on negotiating while stressing that Lebanon's security is above all considerations and no one is above the law. It explained that the meetings include a military delegation separate from the political delegation, a technical assessment delegation for what has been implemented and committed to by both sides. The points raised include what the Israeli army is required to implement: stopping military operations, halting the demolition and blowing up of homes, allowing citizens to reach their agricultural lands and harvest crops, and various issues related to Israeli violations, in addition to fixed conditions: Israeli withdrawal, the areas included in these withdrawals, borders and prisoners.
