Closure of Nassib crossing disrupts Lebanese agricultural exports

The closure of the Nassib border crossing with Jordan and the suspension of passenger and commercial truck movement in both directions have disrupted Lebanese agricultural exports, due to security developments in Daraa province, amid airstrikes that killed 7 people and wounded 3, according to the province's health director. Head of the Bekaa Gathering Ibrahim Tarshishi said that about 50 trucks loaded with roughly 1,500 tons of agricultural products were stuck, and that Lebanese shipments are also stuck in Syria.
