Distribution of Funds in the South!

Al-Nidaa Al-Watan newspaper revealed in one of its secret items that some municipalities in southern Lebanon have begun distributing funds to a number of individuals under the guise of providing loans to finance small projects and support owners of private interests, at a time when most southern municipalities suffer from a shortage of financial resources, raising questions about the sources of this money.
