Finance Ministry Reminds Taxpayers of Deadline Expirations During October

In a statement, the Ministry of Finance reminded concerned taxpayers that some of the deadlines benefiting from Law No. 46 of 27/7/2026 suspending deadlines, which expire during October 2026, are nearing their end, and called on them to submit their declarations and complete their obligations within the specified deadlines to avoid incurring legal fines. The deadlines include 10 October 2026 for the expiration of the deadline related to the revaluation of inventory and fixed assets for 2023 and 2024, and 31 October 2026 for the expiration of the deadline for submitting annual income tax declarations for 2025 for joint-stock companies, banks, financial institutions, insurance companies and holding companies, in addition to the deadline for applications to revalue fixed asset items for joint-stock companies for 2025.
