From Jamming to Destruction... An Unconventional Weapon on the Battlefield
Russia is intensifying its use of electromagnetic jamming systems to counter Ukrainian drones heading toward Moscow, by cutting their communications and disrupting their navigation. Moscow is also developing more advanced electromagnetic weapons, including high-power pulses targeting drone circuitry, within the «Anti-Drone Dome» project that combines detection, jamming and interception. The article notes that these means do not guarantee disabling all drones, as their effectiveness depends on the weapon’s capabilities and the target’s protection and guidance systems.
