Google Rolls Out Gemini 4 Argon to Cybersecurity Partners
Google has begun a phased rollout of its Gemini 4 Argon model to trusted cybersecurity partners while evaluating its safety with the U.S. government ahead of a broader launch. The model set a record in real-world software engineering and tied with OpenAI's GPT-6 Astra and Grok 4.7 in cybersecurity tests, while leading the Vals Index. Google is already using Argon to improve memory efficiency in data centers and plans to strengthen safeguards in four areas, including misuse and prompt injection, before public release.
