Hasrat School Will Not Close... Free Patriotic Movement Welcomes Reversal

The Hasrat body in the Free Patriotic Movement welcomed the reversal of the decision to close the secondary section at the Jawad Assi Official School, following a broad movement led by political, educational, and social figures in the town. It considered the step a victory for the town's children's right to education and for ensuring the continuity of the educational institution, and thanked Minister of Education Rima Karami, MP Edgar Traboulsi, and all who contributed to achieving the demand.
