Israeli airstrikes, artillery shelling and armored incursion in southern Lebanon

Escalation widened in southern Lebanon on Thursday afternoon, with Israeli airstrikes and artillery shelling targeting Wadi Zibqin, the Marj al-Khiyam plain, the al-Araish area on the outskirts of Haris, and the plain of Haddatha. Two Israeli armored vehicles accompanied by bulldozers were also spotted advancing toward the riverbed in the town of Zoutar al-Gharbiyeh, where the force carried out sweeping operations, amid low-altitude warplane flights, mock raids and illumination flares over Mansouri and its surroundings.
