Israeli media: Washington plans 'intensive and quick' operation against Iran

Yedioth Ahronoth reported that the United States is planning an 'intensive and quick' operation against Iran to reach a nuclear agreement on better terms, and that the Israeli army has prepared an offensive plan against Hezbollah if it joins the war. The newspaper said Israel aims to topple the regime in Iran, not only to improve negotiation terms, while US President Donald Trump said Washington must decide on additional steps toward Iran or approve the agreement. Trump also held a phone call with Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to discuss ending tension between Washington and Tehran.
