Lebanese President receives UAE Ambassador in Beirut

Lebanese President Joseph Aoun received at the Presidential Palace in Beirut the UAE Ambassador to Lebanon, Fahd Al Kaabi, who conveyed to him the greetings of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan and their wishes for Lebanon and its people's progress and prosperity. Aoun asked the ambassador to convey his greetings and wishes to the UAE leadership. During the meeting, developments in Lebanon and the region were highlighted and ways to strengthen bilateral relations in various fields were discussed. The Lebanese President expressed his deep thanks and gratitude for the UAE's decision to allow its citizens to travel to Lebanon, while Ambassador Al Kaabi affirmed the UAE's continued keenness to consolidate joint cooperation and its steady support for Lebanon's security, stability, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
