Menassa discusses situation with Egyptian and Swedish ambassadors

Lebanese National Defense Minister Michel Menassa received in his office in Yarzeh Sweden's new ambassador Thomas Brondin and Egypt's new ambassador Tamim Khallaf in introductory visits. Discussions covered the general situation in Lebanon and the region, especially developments in the south and proposed arrangements for the phase after UNIFIL's mission ends. The meeting with the Egyptian ambassador also addressed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation, particularly in the defense field.
