Mufti Derian receives new Egyptian ambassador

The Grand Mufti of the Republic, Sheikh Abdul Latif Derian, received at Dar al-Fatwa the new Egyptian Ambassador to Lebanon, Tamim Khallaf, in a protocol visit after he assumed his new duties, accompanied by Consul General Sherif Sameh. They discussed Lebanese and Arab conditions and strengthening cooperation between the two countries. He also received the head of the Beirut Association for Social Development, Ahmed Hashimi, to discuss Beirut affairs and living and social conditions.
