Old mortar shell found in Tripoli Serail courtyard

An old mortar shell was found on Wednesday morning in the courtyard of the Tripoli Serail while workers from the Tripoli municipality were cleaning and removing weeds. The relevant authorities were notified, and a security cordon was imposed around the site pending the arrival of a Lebanese Army military expert to inspect and safely remove the shell.
