Minister of Culture Ghassan Salameh affirmed that culture is a right for all during the launch of the National Disability Strategy at the Grand Serail. He outlined the ministry’s plan based on three axes: providing advance information on accessibility, equipping cultural venues, and enhancing libraries with Braille books, noting that accessibility has begun at Baalbek Citadel and is underway at Tripoli Citadel, while pointing to a lack of funding and the search for grants.

- أعلن خلال إطلاق الاستراتيجية الوطنية للإعاقة في السراي الحكومي عن خطة ثقافية لذوي الإعاقة تقوم على ثلاثة محاور.
- تشمل المحاور توفير المعلومات المسبقة عن إمكانية الوصول، وتجهيز الأماكن الثقافية، وتعزيز المكتبات بكتب برايل.
- أشار إلى بدء تسهيل الوصول في قلعة بعلبك والعمل على قلعة طرابلس، وإلى خطة لتطوير 57 مكتبة بلدية.
- أقر بأن الوزارة متأخرة وتفتقر إلى الإمكانيات المالية، وتتبحث عن هبات لتنفيذ الأجزاء المكلفة.
