Quantum eMotion to Acquire Plurilock Security
Quantum eMotion announced it has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Plurilock Security in full through a court-approved plan of arrangement. The transaction aims to expand QeM's quantum-secure cybersecurity business by adding enterprise and government customers, procurement channels, cybersecurity services, and AI capabilities in risk analysis, authentication, and identity. The deal is subject to shareholder, court, and regulatory approvals, and is expected to close after Plurilock's anticipated November 2026 shareholder meeting if conditions are met.
