Reports: Israel and America discuss escalation scenarios with Iran

Hebrew Kan News reported that Israeli military officials discussed the possibility of a direct confrontation with Iran, amid consultations between Israeli and American officials on regional developments. This coincided with reports that the US military is preparing new offensive plans that may include using the MOAB bomb to target Iranian energy facilities and nuclear sites if President Donald Trump decides to resume military operations. The White House and Pentagon declined to comment on the details of the plans, while Trump said he does not intend to launch an attack before next month's midterm elections.
