Reuters: Hezbollah Rearms for Possible Resumption of Fighting with Israel
Lebanese security officials told Reuters that spent three months preparing for a possible resumption of fighting with Israel after receiving cash funding from Iran. The sources said the group used the lull since June to rearm, focusing on buying explosives and producing drones, and received tens of millions of dollars from Tehran to boost its military capabilities in addition to about $200 million to help displaced families. Hezbollah's media office said Israeli occupation makes resistance a legitimate right, while Washington vowed to continue choking the group's financial resources.
