The Abu Ali al-Abri blog website quoted Israeli Minister Smotrich as saying that there is no so-called Palestinian people, neither historically nor legally, that Palestinians have self-administration at the municipal level in water and sewage, that Hebron residents run their city, and that all that unites them is the denial of the existence of the State of Israel.
