Traffic Restrictions Expected on Beirut Routes for Tree-Planting Works

A contractor began planting trees in Beirut on October 27, with work scheduled daily from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm on working days until November 30, 2026. The works cover Adlieh Roundabout in Ashrafieh toward the National Museum, then along President Saeb Salam Boulevard, from Barbir through Corniche al-Mazraa to Verdun and the Rashedin intersection, in both directions. The works may reduce the road space available for vehicles, and motorists are urged to follow Internal Security Forces officers' instructions and traffic signs to ease traffic flow and prevent congestion.
