Ukrainian media: New explosion heard in Kyiv

Ukrainian media reported a new explosion in the capital Kyiv, after a warning was issued about a drone attack. Russia's Defense Ministry said it targeted the northern bridge in Kyiv, claiming it was used to transport military shipments, while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the United States wants to hold trilateral talks with Russia and Ukraine by the end of October.
