Video: An Illegal Pig Slaughterhouse!

The Judicial Detachment in Jounieh, acting on a directive from Public Prosecutor Judge Ahmed Rami El-Hajj, arrested two people running a pig farm and slaughterhouse in Keserwan after an inspection found no legal licenses and a lack of health and veterinary standards for raising and slaughtering pigs. The Public Prosecutor referred the detainees to the Central Criminal Investigation Department for further investigation, pending laboratory results on meat samples taken by health inspectors.
