Molasses Day is the making of all the people of Rashaya and the fruit of a partnership between municipalities, farmers, presses, institutions, civil society, and the "Rashaya and Beyond" association.

I am very surprised by the move to cut the budget of the Ministry of Public Works and not other ministries; what is required is to secure revenues by combating tax and customs evasion instead of imposing new taxes on citizens.

Is the aim to punish productive ministries and achieving ministers?

Despite our awareness of the difficult financial situation, and apart from partisanship toward Minister Fayez Rasamny, it seems very surprising that the trend is to cut the budget of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport while other ministries are spared, despite the importance of what it does across Lebanon without discrimination.
