First, we all recognize that the Constitutional Council's decisions are binding, but within its jurisdiction, not that it exceeds its jurisdiction and role as a constitutional council, and encroaches on the legislative authority represented today by the House of Representatives, or restricts ordinary judges with conditions that do not actually fall within its jurisdiction. It is not within its powers to replace one clause with another or amend them, but rather to challenge these clauses or interpret them within the limits of its jurisdiction.

May God protect the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its leadership and people, and all Arabs, from the evils of Iran and its proxies.

From Lebanon, we declare our full solidarity with our brothers in the Kingdom, and we affirm that Iran's aggressive approach will not save it from its crisis, but will increase it, deepen its isolation, and multiply the risks of chaos and instability in the region.

The continuation of the Iranian-backed Houthi militias in their terrorist attacks on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the latest being the targeting of King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, is a despicable act and an exposed attempt to turn Arab security into an arena for settling scores and blackmail.
