I do not know what would have happened had the state of Israel not been established and a UN-affiliated rule been set up here; perhaps the situation would have been excellent. One can live without a state, and live well with the Arabs. The situation was good when the Arabs ruled here, indeed that was the best situation. The Arabs rule, and they are respected and do not interfere in their affairs.
