This distinction is not limited to the spread of Lebanese restaurants abroad, but is also due to the efforts of food industry exporters who work to deliver Lebanese food to every home in Europe, the United States, the Arab Gulf and the rest of the world.
Export constitutes a fundamental pillar for supporting the national economy, as it contributes to bringing foreign currency into the country, creating new job opportunities, keeping Lebanese in their homeland, and limiting their emigration. Therefore, it is time to stop exporting Lebanon's human resources and instead work to keep them in Lebanon. It is the duty of the state and ministers to support the private sector and keep pace with its needs.
Lebanese industrialists, especially in the agricultural and food industries sector, are "true resistance," as they continue production, investment, and export and hold on to their institutions.
