What is required today is the implementation decision. The state has taken preliminary decisions, and the time has come to translate them, because the Lebanese want to live in freedom, dignity and safety on their land, and for Lebanon to be a state, not an arena for others' conflicts.

The state today faces a clear choice: either it leaves Lebanon hostage to Iranian guardianship, or it assumes its responsibility and frees Lebanon from this guardianship, and frees the Shiites in Lebanon from the guardianship exercised over them in the name of Hezbollah and Iran.
