Because Lebanon is a memory of crises liable to explode at any moment, and the fire that can burn Lebanon exists only in the hands of the executive authority that acts on behalf of the Washington-Tel Aviv security deal. It is a cheap, dangerous and highly sectarian game, so beware of it lest we lose Lebanon.

What the executive authority is doing is extremely dangerous; it is a war fuse directed at an entire sect, without distinction among its members. This requires us to be at the heart of defending our existence, our rights and our national partnership.

To whom it may concern, I say: the existence of an effective state is an urgent necessity, but this necessary existence is on the borders, the war fronts, and national, social and economic relief. A state that practices a policy of starvation, impoverishment, abandonment and strangulation against its own people is the last to have the right to speak of national justice, security presence and striking with an iron fist.

Otherwise, what is happening amounts to a deliberate massacre aimed at undermining the very existence of the Shiite community

There has never been in the history of the Arabs and Islamic states in this era a youthful, active and exceptional force with conventional capabilities like the force formed by Lebanese popular capabilities against the American-Zionist project.

The moment now is highly opportune, especially as America, after the war on Iran, is suffering its worst historical weakness, in addition to an unprecedented structural paralysis in its strategic capacity.

Washington is confiscating the Middle East and turning it into a network of military bases and structural capabilities for energy, economic and financial plunder that prevents Arab and Islamic states from the ability to unite and play a leading role.

The south is the cause of all Lebanon; a deprived south means a deprived Lebanon, a threatened south means all of Lebanon is threatened, and a weak south means the entire Lebanese state is weak.
