It is a project to freeze work in some schools and a project of sharing available buildings, and it is part of reorganizing the school map so that state resources serve students' learning, rather than being distributed and scattered in a way that sometimes prevents us from securing the most basic elements of good education.

I speak to you today about the file of consolidating schools and secondary schools, neither from the position of defending a decision taken by the Ministry of Education, nor from the position of engaging in a dispute with any party, but from a position of transparency and responsibility.
