Lebanese Finance Minister Yassin Jaber took part in the 17th Bosphorus Summit in Istanbul under the title "Global Transformation and the Search for Stability", where he spoke of the need to measure international financial cooperation by its tangible results and warned that delayed support raises the cost of recovery. He also said addressing the financial crisis requires completing domestic reforms, foremost banking-sector reform, while boosting revenues in the 2027 draft budget without imposing new taxes.
