Lebanon is experiencing a two-phase weather fluctuation peaking on Friday evening and lasting until Saturday morning, with heavy rain that may cause floods and a sharp drop in temperatures after Sunday. The head of the estimates division at the Beirut airport meteorological service, Mohammad Kanj, said the rain will begin to recede from Saturday noon while precipitation continues until Sunday, noting that southern regions are the most exposed to heavy rain.
